The applicant must pay the registration costs; any financial aid given is applied to the secondary payments that are due. For those receiving financial aid, end-of-season team refund checks will be paid directly back to CIHA. The president will advise the Board of Directors about any financial aid provided, but will not disclose the names of the recipients. All financial aid approvals are applicable for the current season only. All decisions are final. Applications for the 2018/2019 season are due August 14th, 2018.

All first year CIHA players must provide a PHOTO COPY of their child's Government Issued (not hospital issued) Birth Certificate to the CIHA Registrar in one of the following ways:
Please read the MN Hockey Participation Policy. Do not register until you have a completed waiver signed by your home association president. Contact your home association for a waiver form to begin the process. Your home association president must first sign your waiver before CIHA's president will sign.
The waiver process needs to be completed at each school change. For example, elementary to middle or middle to high school.
Not sure what school district your home address falls in. You can look on your property tax documents or check your address here.
If you are new to Cambridge-Isanti Hockey Association you will need to create a user account for the CIHA website. This account will be needed to keep you up to date with communications and registration. The account you create on the website is a family account. The 'member' should be a parent. The children will be added when a registration is submitted in their name. Multiple email addresses can be added to the account. Click here to create an account.
