COACHING APPLICATION 2026-27
Thank you for applying to be a coach for the Cambridge-Isanti Hockey Association. Please complete this application to be considered for a coaching position of a Bantam/15u, PeeWee/12u, Squirt/10u or Mite/8u youth hockey team. If selected to be a coach, you will need to be USA Hockey certified, have successfully passed a current background check, and have full completion of safesport programs, level modules, concussion classes, and more.
