2025-26
Thank you for deciding to be a coach for the Cambridge/Isanti Hockey Association or Northern Tier Stars Co-op. This is an application to be a Head Coach of a Bantam/15u, PeeWee/12u, Squirt/10u or Mite/8u youth hockey team. If selected to be a head coach you will need proper certifications from USA hockey, pass a background check, & fill out proper forms.
