Locker Room Monitor
Locker room monitors are required per District 10 and CIHA policies and procedures. They are required at all upper travel levels Squirts/10u, Peewee/12u, Bantam/ 15u.

You must be a parent of guardian of a child on the team you are applying for. 18 yrs or older
When
Locker room monitors are required anytime there is more then 1 player in the locker rooms. Coaching staff will determine how to assign monitors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we get reimbursed for background fee and other fees?
Yes, you can submit your receipt for background and fees for classes required by CIHA to become a locker room monitor. You can refer to our policy in the bylaws.

You are registering to be a locker room monitor for the 25-26 season. This is for all upper travel levels 10u/squirts, 12u/peewee, 15u/bantams.
